My good friend and longtime esthetician, Ramona Allen, is opening her own space, Shine clinical skincare, tomorrow and I could not be more proud of/excited for her! I’ve known Ramona for nearly ten years, and she’s been taking care of my (not generally very cooperative or easy to care for) skin for just as long. Ramona means serious business when it comes to skincare. Her philosophy is all about prevention and health for a glowing complexion.

Add to that, Ramona is the sweetest, kindest gal in the world. She has an amazing sense for what her clients need. Sometimes when I visit her we gab like girlfriends, other times Its all about quietly relaxing. Either way, I always leave feeling refreshed and my skin is in WAY better shape. I know I am extra-gushing right now, but she’s been busy for the last few months setting up her new shop and I am just dying to visit her in her this week, after a far too long hiatus.

Today I got a sneak peak at her new location and it is completely warm and welcoming, just like her. My first appointment is Wednesday… if you’re in Seattle I highly recommend you book some time with her too. You’ll be sooo happy you did. seriously. (oh! and she’s offering 10% your first visit!)
